    :bulletpurple: 12/7/07 : =WrenStormbringer is having a huge equine art contest! The theme is "Equine Dreams" (think fantasy!) and there are three categories: digital art (including manips and 3d), traditional art, and literature. There are TONS of prizes to be had! The contest starts Dec 13 and ends Feb 14. Read the full details here.

    :bulletgreen: 06/26/07 : one of our members, =TheYawningHorse is having a photography showdown contest. There is one round left of voting and we would like to ask all of you to go and vote for the deviation you find most worthy of winning. His journal [link] provides and explanation and also will give details about the upcoming showdown which we would love for all of you to participate in! Hurry and vote though, the polling closes SOON!

    :bulletgreen: 06/18/07 : We are going to start another contest at the end of the week. But we need your suggestions for a topic! Please send us a note with what you would like the topic to be and if you have any other suggestions about it. The winner will receive the featured artwork spot on our main page. Please keep in mind this is open to all mediums of art so do not select a topic that excludes anyone. Also, we've been updating the member list. Please take a look and make sure that you are on there. If you have any questions shoot us a note!

    :bulletgreen: 05/23/07 : sorry all about the long leave of absence! We are working on getting everything back on track and ready for this summer. We've got a new co-admin so please all welcome, =meihua! I know she will do a great job. (: We are still adding new member and submissions so please be patient we have over 100 notes to get through! Also the old contest has been canceled and once we get caught up, we'll go ahead and add a new one.

    :bulletpurple: 08/05/06 : We've just found a HORSE THREAD in the dA forum! Let's make this the best thread dA has seen, please participate and post some of your artwork!

    :bulletgreen: 08/02/06 : New Contest has been created. The theme is photomanipulation. Go learn all about it HERE. Hurry, all entries due 08/21/06!!

    :bulletpurple: 07/27/06 : We are currently remaking the entire journal to make the club more navigable and user-friendly. We hope that it will not only be easier to use and stay informed, but also look more professional.

If i were interested in joining this club, what must i do?
Because I too share a deep love and passion for horses, and i know the bond between a horse and the rider.
